Skills Alliance is actively looking for Senior to VP Level, experienced 360 Recruiters to join our new Manhattan office. This role will be responsible for full-lifecycle Recruitment within the Life Science space, bridging the gap between Talent and Clients.

What you’ll do

• Drive growth and develop the specified vertical market for Skills Alliance across North America.
• Build talent-pools of candidate resumes and establish yourself within a vertical market.
• Achieve consistent and rising revenue generation within the specified vertical of the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical sector.
• Attend industry specific conferences and symposia on behalf of Skills Alliance while representing the brand and organization.
• Drive the development of new clients within the target vertical, by agreeing retained and exclusive working agreements and established terms of business with Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical companies.
• Develop your specified vertical and selling tailored senior retained assignments and establish yourself as leader in your field.
• Act as a 360 consultant- responsible for both client and candidate development.
• Bring in an existing book of business with previously formed relationships with clients in the Life Science industries.

What you can bring to the table

• You should be able to provide strong examples of building networks, developing business and managing multiple assignments
• Solid understanding of the Life Science industry or one of its niches required
• A love of networking and working with people
• 2+ years experience in 360 Recruitment or Agency Recruitment AND Account Manager experience within the Life Sciences industry required
• You should be educated to degree standard, have strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a variety of customers. This role will involve working with Senior Management teams so confidence in this area is a must
• A key component of this role is to open and drive new accounts so previous business development success and an ability to bring new business into the company is vital
• Proven success in Life Science Recruiting ($180k+ billed in the last year)
