- Meeting Coordination Coordinate meetings, including preparing materials, setting up technology, and arranging catering as needed.
- Project Management Assist with project management tasks, including coordinating resources, tracking progress, and ensuring deadlines are met.
- Communication Manage correspondence on behalf of the Managing Partner, including emails, phone calls, and written communications.
- Document Preparation Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Administrative Tasks Perform various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing expenses.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a professional services or accounting firm.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management software.
- Project management experience required.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
