The Opportunity at Culture Amp
You are deeply curious and passionate about people and culture. At heart, you're what we call a people geek. Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support two San Francisco-based Executive Team members.
As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Revenue Officer you will:
- Use discretion with highly sensitive information.
- Manage and prioritise calendars to ensure sufficient time is focused on critical, strategic issues.
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and initiatives
- Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal or external colleagues.
- Build strong working relationships with the extended members of the company.
- Liaise and coordinate with EAs for CEO and Melbourne based Exec Team.
- Prepare expense reports and liaise with finance on a series of finance related matters including invoices to be actioned.
- Track and follow up on requests and identify those of importance which require attention.
- Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals
- Make travel arrangements and prepare travel itineraries.
- Organise events for Exec Team members including drinks, offsite workshops, investor or customer dinners, celebratory events, etc.
What You Bring to Our Camp
- Experience with budget management
- Nimble business mind with a focus on developing creative solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written/presentation skills
- The ability to prioritise and manage your time effectively to execute key deliverables with conflicting deadlines
- Proven success in a project coordination role
- The ability to be resourceful, solve problems and think outside the square
- Proven experience in supporting several executives
- Being comfortable and confident in a high growth and ever changing company
- Proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
- Being approachable and possess great interpersonal skills

For this role, the estimated base salary range is listed below. The range is a guideline, and the base salary range for this role may be modified. In addition to base salary, your compensation package will include additional components such as equity and benefits. For sales roles, your package may also include sales commission.
