Project Manager (Learning Programs), 6-Month Contract, 100% Virtual

Our tech client (Fortune 50) is seeking a Project Manager to assist with project managing internal and external education and communication programs related to supply chain standards and best practices for social responsibility. In this role, you will work alongside internal employees and external suppliers.

Role Tasks:

• Leading status meetings and providing updates to stakeholders
• Creating, communicating, and implementing project timelines
• Establishing and maintaining strong communications with SMEs, project leads, and stakeholders
• Uploading and managing final project deliverables
• Tracking and reporting progress on KPIs
• Leading review processes and feedback implementation for all content created within a project
• Managing multiple projects concurrently
• Collecting and tracking implementation of feedback from multiple stakeholders

Skills & Experience Requirements:

• Experience in Project and Program Management related to learning programs
• Degree or equivalent professional experience (PMP Certification a plus)
• High attention to detail, timely communication, able to work independently while collaborating with different people, strong ability to prioritize and effectively communicate priorities to partners and teams.
• Good sense of design
• Experience managing projects in the educational program space as well as creative design work
• Copy editing skills a plus
• Must be willing to work on a W2 basis.
• Experience with Apple iWork Suite highly preferred
• Excellent organization and problem solving skills with complex interconnected projects
• Experience performing some admin duties related to LMS/LCMS’s
• Experience with Slack and Monday.com a plus

Start: Mid- to late-July (~2 weeks after offer).

Duration: 6 months with possible extension.

Hours: 40 hours per week working mainly west coast standard business hours with some flexibility.

Location: 100% virtual. Possible onsite meetings if consultant is local to the San Francisco Bay Area.

Pay: The pay range for this role is $70 to $80 per hour. Individual pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, relevant education, certifications, and specific work location.
