Virtual Assistant 10 Hours Per Week (Ic-Bv)

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize strong copywriting skills to write compelling and engaging copy for various channels and platforms
• Maintain a weekly status document, collaborating with the coordinator and other involved parties to keep everyone updated
• Handle media requests, coordinating interviews, and providing necessary materials in a professional and organized manner
• Identify tasks and needs that can be handled independently to allow clients to focus more on planning and strategy
• Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability
• Schedule podcast sessions, managing calendar availability, and staying on top of rescheduling as necessary
• Efficiently manage and organize emails, ensuring timely responses and appropriate delegation of tasks
• Assist the coordinator with tasks, taking proactive steps to support the smooth operation of the team
• Conduct outreach to potential podcast guests, nurturing relationships, and coordinating appearances
• Manage Mailchimp, including building and sending emails, utilizing tagging and backend functions for effective audience segmentation and analysis

Requirements

• Tech-savvy, comfortable working with platforms such as Mailchimp, Shopify, social media channels, Circle, Canva, and Google Suite
• Experience in project management is a must, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Strong copywriting skills, capable of crafting compelling and engaging content for different platforms and audiences
• Availability of 10 hours per week, with the flexibility to increase availability as needed
• Active involvement in personal wellness work, reflecting a genuine interest and understanding of the client's mission
• Self-starter, able to work independently and take initiative to anticipate needs and solve problems proactively
• Located in the PST, MST, or CST time zones for convenient coordination with the team
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, or PR is a big plus, demonstrating a solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
