Job Description

Sr. Backend Developerwith being an Architect./or deeply involved in Application design


9 years hands-on experience on Java stack

Knowledge of front end optimization and performance techniques

Knowledge and practiced application of industry best practices in rich web

Knowledge of user behavior and interaction design patterns

Good on algorithms, data structure, web technologies, protocols, and cross-browser compatibility issues

Candidates with experience in Web Application for a consumer facing site would have an advantage

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment

Ability to demonstrate strong programming knowledge

Ability to accurately communicate complex technical abstractions

Ability to influence peers and/or management and a champion of best practices that will encourage and drive adoption


Must have the following skills listed below:

  1. Java 1.8 or above
  2. Databases/Data Grid: MongoDB/ Or any NOSQL
  3. Open Source: Spring, Springboot
  4. Development and deployment experience on Cloud, preferably AWS.
  5. Maven, and Junit
  6. Methodologies: Scrum /Agile
  7. Customer Facing web Applications experience
  8. Architect experience
  9. Strong experience in AWS not just deploying.
