Executive Assistant – Midtown - $90k-$115k


Well-established financial services firm located in the heart of Midtown seeks a sharp, highly capable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to several executives. If you take pride in delivering top-quality work and serving as an effective “right hand,” this could be the role for you.


Daily tasks will include heavy calendar management, coordinating meetings across time zones, preparing meeting materials and presentations, arranging international and domestic travel, generating expense reports, handling phone calls and email correspondence, and assisting with ad-hoc project tasks.

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of experience supporting busy executives
  • Keen eye for detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
