Events Specialist - Landmark

Key Responsibilities include:

• Work with Client Relations team and retail partners on executing all in-store events for Landmark
• Create and manage market client event calendar
• Support new product launches, High Jewelry road shows, and ad hoc product events
• Work closely with corporate partners to ensure brand standards are maintained yet support a localized approach
• Manage market client actions budget; track and advise on ROI
• Partner with merchandising and other corporate partners on event support and launch strategy
• Develop new and creative ideas to animate stores in Landmark (in-store and virtually) during festive moments, product launches, High Jewelry events and other specific retail needs
• Execute overarching client actions strategy
• Responsible for end to end strategy and execution of in-store and virtual client activations and experiences while partnering with key stake holders
• Work with production companies, agencies and vendors to support and execute client actions strategy

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of event management experience
• Must be creative with a high taste level
• Luxury retail experience a plus
• Strong written, verbal and presentation skills
• Ability to effectively manage a budget and support local initiatives
• Existing relationships with vendors/external partners
• Previous experience in a client relations/client facing role
• Luxury industry experience highly preferred

The hiring range for this position ranges from $67,000.00 - $91,000.00. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates’ relevant skills and experience.
