We are seeking professional with experience in Corporate Access/Events or a related function to join the Corporate Access team in NY as an Analyst/Associate. This individual would be responsible for logistical support across non-deal roadshows, field trips, conferences and summits; with potential opportunities for sector origination.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate roadshows, field trip and bespoke trips between Corporate and Institutional Investor Clients
• Create marketing materials for Corporate Access events to be distributed to Research Sales and Institutional Investors
• Work with senior management to appropriately allocate Corporate Access resources
• Coordinate logistics for group and 1x1 meetings
• Ensure accuracy of client meeting logs and assist in monetization of Corporate Access events
• Support Corporate Access sector origination team on logistics for in-person group meetings, NDRS and field trips including meeting venue (internal and external), ground transportation, and hotel bookings
Qualifications:
• 2+ years’ experience
• Experience in Corporate Access and/or event planning and/working with a sales organization
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel and MS Outlook
• Comfortable with ad-hoc or routinely shifting demands, able to function in a fast-paced environment, can adeptly handle ambiguity
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong team-orientation, demonstrates respect, ability, willingness to collaborate with teammates to ensure appropriate support and coverage
The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $125,000.
