Job Description
We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Corporate Events Specialist to join our dynamic team! As a rising rockstar in events management, you will play a vital role in planning and executing both internal and external events. You'll collaborate with colleagues across the company and work closely with third-party vendors to create unforgettable experiences and help grow our brand in the marketplace.
This is an amazing full-time opportunity that allows you to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. Reporting to the Director of Customer Marketing, you'll have the freedom to showcase your creativity and organizational skills while making a significant impact on our events.
Responsibilities
Get ready to wear many hats! You'll handle all aspects of event planning, project management, and on-site event execution for a variety of internal and external events.
Be the go-to person for attendees, ensuring excellent communication and building positive relationships with participants.
Take charge of event logistics from start to finish, collaborating with various teams such as catering, travel, transportation, health and safety, and facilities.
Provide exceptional verbal and written communication, serving as the primary contact for all event participants.
Troubleshoot and provide support for event participants, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
Stay organized and keep track of multiple event activities, materials, and schedules simultaneously.
Manage volunteer staffing and scheduling to ensure seamless event operations.
Help prepare speakers for their sessions, ensuring they meet event expectations and deliver impactful presentations.
Assist in on-site event management, including setup, registration, attendee support, and handling any unexpected challenges.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure flawless coordination and execution of events.
Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for process improvements and best practices.
Take ownership of the individual and overall annual events budget.
Serve as the main point of contact for event facilities and vendors.
Be ready for exciting special projects and duties as assigned, such as executive engagement and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements
You have 2-3 years of experience in event management, hospitality, marketing, or a related field.
A globally minded individual who is dedicated to providing an inclusive event experience for everyone.
Strong organizational and time management skills, allowing you to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Your attention to detail and accuracy is exceptional.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling you to interact professionally with both internal and external stakeholders.

You can work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, building effective relationships with colleagues from various departments.
Your organizational skills are top-notch, and you always commit to attention to detail.
