Job Description

The Events Specialist plans, designs and executes external client facing events in NYC client. 3+ years experience with strong experience focusing on NY venues, restaurants, and vendors.

  • Plan and execute key events such as client dinners and seminars, alumni events and other hosted gatherings.
  • Communicate event timelines, scheduling and logistics with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with vendors, team members and key stakeholders on the planning of Firm events.
  • Assist with the project management of events including site selection, menu selection, design of invitation, RSVPs, list management, onsite staffing, transportation and follow-up.
