Events Production Assistant Manager
We provide studios, galleries and office suites for creators to make their best work. From the emerging
visual artist and community organizer, to the producing director, we are here to support every stage of
your process. Located in Southwest Berkeley where creativity is embedded into the very fabric of the
San Francisco Bay Area, we seek to support the arts through our communal partnerships.
The Events Production Assistant Manager position serves as a support function for both our studios and
events arm of the business. In addition to client interfacing and customer service, this person will assist
in the implementation of sales campaigns and initiatives of the company. Both creative and strategic in
nature, this person will couple Ciel’s vision with designed marketing strategies to help reach the sales
targets set by the Director of Operations & Events, and drive sales through engagement with our
high-value clients. This individual must demonstrate a high acumen and an incredibly strong sense of
attention to detail. Additionally, this role is geared towards those who have experience with sales,
events and productions, and who are excited to contribute to a fast-paced and nurturing environment.
Qualifications:
● Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
● Attention to detail, especially in following templates and instructions from superiors.
● Familiarity with Triple Seat, Microsoft Office and Google Suite products.
● Experience in sales, events and productions
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
● Professional email communications
● Full knowledge of sales spaces and sales products
Responsibilities:
● In-bound lead management
● Proposal and administrative support for sales team
● Production build-out based on client’s needs
● Work with studio manager for staffing, equipment and security needs for events
● Timely responses to client email conversations
● Building of floor plan per client’s request using Allseated software
