Events Production Coordinator Jobs

2+ years’ experience in A/V industry

InfoComm-Recognized AV Technologist and Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) certification preferred

Experience in the Cruise industry is an asset but not necessary

Broadcast live and pre-recorded studio video to include Tri-caster operation, lighting, audio, teleprompter operation and directing.

Research and procurement of rental equipment in support of events

Performs other duties as assigned.

Superior time management, organizational, verbal and communication skills

Assist with management of non-game day live events

Manage event staffing logistics (i.e. crewing, credentials, parking, etc.)

Manage videoboard control room and displays for stadium events

Research industry standards to implement and improve the gameday experience

4+ years of live sports production experience a must, football preferred

Proficient in using project management software and tools.

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work and communicate effectively in a team environment.

Excellent writing, communication, and presentation and people skills.

Experience in managing customer relationships.

Proven initiative and ability to champion a project from conception through to completion.

An ability to lead a multi-discipline team (up to 10 people) in accomplishing assigned production deliverables from a client.

The Events Production Assistant Manager position serves as a support function for both our studios and

● Full knowledge of sales spaces and sales products

● Work with studio manager for staffing, equipment and security needs for events

Completion or pursuit of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree, or any equivalent combination of education and/or experience.

Adobe/Illustrator, Asset Management, and Event Scheduling online software are a plus, but not required.

Technical / Professional Requirements & Qualifications

Contribute to the creative development of new events aligned with organizational strategy focused on revenue generation and guest experience.
