Food Production Manager Jobs

Pop's Bagels is searching for an all-star Bakery GM to run the production of bagels across all of our 4 stores. Besides overseeing the bakery talent, the job requires administrative work in the form of production schedules, invoicing, organization of recipes and PARS numbers for stores. This job is also a creative position - we want our managers to feel comfortable using their creative side to develop and test new and exciting bread or pastry recipes.

This role would report to our VP of Operations and with the growth scheduled for the company this role could also develop into a District role as well.

The position includes Paid Sick Leave and Health Insurance benefits.

We will expect the following from our bakery leader:

• Responsible management of the budget given to you by the VP of Ops
• Clean and organized working environment
• Encouraging and collaborative attitude toward staff
• Clear communication with the bagel shops on deliverables

Qualifications

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

In-depth knowledge of baking and dough preparation (specific bagel knowledge is a plus)
