We are looking for a motivated, organized and hard-working individual to join the Talent Acquisition Team at Tripadvisor, with a particular focus on enhancing our employer branding initiatives. You will have an interest in employer branding, company culture, and keen to learn more about our business. You will have the opportunity to work with our global recruiting teams and get exposure to all aspects of a recruiting organization. We are specifically seeking an Employment Brand & Talent Acquisition Specialist. This role will focus on our employment branding efforts, candidate communications, and global employer brand presence in conjunction with a myriad of opportunities to expand our reach as a top employer in the tech, tourism, and travel industry. What You’ll Do


  • Partner with Director, Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding to build, maintain and execute a strong Tripadvisor employer brand presence – including but not limited to updating our careers site, social presence, job marketing, and more.
  • Support the recruiting team in the planning and execution of recruiting focused events such as open houses, meet ups, university career fairs, and presence at industry events
  • Liaise with our Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse) and Talent Acquisition Ops team to maximize our abilities to use the system to effectively execute our employer brand
  • Maintain appropriate vendor relationships as it relates to job postings, career news outlets, publications, and other relevant third parties
  • Work cross-functionally with peers across Brand Marketing, Communications, Employee Experience and Human Resources to ensure we use the most up to date content, materials, and communications as we build and execute our employer brand to external channels.
  • Monitor Tripadvisor’s employment brand social media presence including, LinkedIn, Instagram, Glassdoor, and more
  • Project and program management for a variety of Talent Acquisition deliverables and initiatives
  • Work alongside Talent Acquisition and internal peers to create and maintain social content calendar where relevant to hiring and recruitment trends, posts, etc.
  • Maintain, edit and execute all candidate communications as it relates to employer marketing materials, social media, and more as assigned.


Skills & Experience


  • Ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals and levels internally and externally
  • Highly motivated self-starter with excellent relationship skills
  • 1-2 years Experience within employment branding, and outward facing recruiting programs within a relevant or similar role
  • Working knowledge of social media and keeping up to date on latest trends
  • Strong writing skills in addition to project and program management skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while paying attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience editing and updating blog posts, careers sites, or other relevant software preferred
  • 5 years of Talent Acquisition experience
  • Track record of exposure to each step of the recruitment life cycle
  • Trustworthy and able to act with discretion when handling sensitive, confidential information


The salary range for this role is $70,000 to $90,000. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. An employee’s pay position within the wage range will be based on several factors including, but limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, sales or revenue-based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This compensation range may also be modified in the future.
