Manager, Recruitment Operations and Employer Branding


Summary


As the Manager, Recruitment Operations and Employer Branding, you will support the Recruiting organization by developing and leading recruitment marketing content and campaigns that drive brand awareness, attract top talent, and activate candidates. This role will work cross-functionally with the Marketing department driving our employee valuation proposition (EVP) as we look to attract and engage top talent. This is a hybrid opportunity in the NYC Home Office and any candidate in this position will be expected to be able to work in the office 3 days a week.


Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as a strategic advisor to Talent Acquisition and broader business partners, including Communications and D&I, on recruitment marketing campaign tactics and content.
  • Champion the candidate experience from first touchpoint to onboarding, ensuring all external recruiting content/communications are representing our EVP and high-quality, and partnering with other creative teams on delivery as needed.
  • Advance Talent Acquisition digital attraction strategy by maintaining our media strategy, creating social media content, and analyzing performance data to drive and optimize usage.
  • Increase the visibility of our job openings by running the build and performance of programmatic campaigns and managing sponsorships.
  • Partner with our internal Marketing team to find opportunities to drive career site performance, update content and enhance the candidate experience.
  • Establish and execute the recruitment marketing campaign strategy across core social media platforms to attract the target audience and build proactive pipelines of top diverse talent
  • Manage and maximize employment branding opportunities with our current social platforms.
  • Create internal team communications that drive productivity and collaboration, and provide support for business facing communications that demonstrate scope and impact of Recruiting
  • Analyze and present key recruitment marketing metrics to inform new and ongoing campaigns, programs, content, and tactics, and provide business insights, i.e., monthly scorecard and quarterly business reviews
  • Develop a wide range of messaging that expresses our Employee Value Proposition and elevates our brand in the talent acquisition landscape


Knowledge, Skills, Abilities


  • Experience developing creative and innovative strategies for websites, social media, target campaigns, email marketing, and search engine optimization.
  • Experience in restaurants, retail, or hospitality is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, digital media or a related field
  • We are looking for someone who is curious, innovative, data-driven, a creative problem solver, collaborative, and able to build positive relationships.

Related Experience


  • 5 or more years leading recruitment marketing/employer brand/digital marketing strategies
  • 2 or more years experience working with a marketing recruitment agency
