Ecommerce Coordinator Jobs

The Ecommerce Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day operations of the Ecommerce business, reporting to the Ecommerce Associate Manager and Graphic Designer. Has a proven track record for project management and will be responsible for tracking inventory for DTC channels, supporting marketplace partnerships, assisting with the Ecommerce buy, managing Ecommerce and marketplace imagery production, product merchandising, and SEO, and work alongside the customer care team by providing strategy and support. Key skills include: data-driven approach to problem solving, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Website Management:

• Train copywriters on seasonal inspiration and product knowledge.
• Assist with web merchandising
• Proofread copy
• Manage interns on website QA process
• Execute website content updates
• Assist with daily QA maintenance of PDPs, merchandising, inventory and overall site health
• Search engine optimization for Google, Bing/Yahoo, and other organic search channels.
• Ensure all products are live prior to launch day
• Create product catalog
• Manage publishing of product to marketplaces

Imagery Production:

• Coordinate marketing programs in conjunction with marketplace partners to ensure ongoing growth in these channels
• Coordinate samples and products for photoshoots for all Ecommerce and marketplace imagery
• Store Ecommerce imagery in company servers and share with internal/external departments

Customer Care:

• Assist Ecommerce Associate Manager with VIP outreach program
• Work closely with 3rd party customer care team, answering inquiries, act as liaison between customer care team and internal departments

Inventory Operations and Logistics:

• Manage pre-order process
• Track orders to ensure proper and timely shipping of orders, and updating the website when inventory arrives
• Assist with Ecommerce buying appointment during market week
• Create, upload, manage and track purchase orders for Ecommerce
• Coordinate with warehouse partner to ensure seamless Ecommerce order fulfillment process
• Troubleshoot tech issues as they occur

Qualifications

• Proactively improves internal efficiencies by streamlining existing processes.
• A curious mind that has a finger on the pulse of technology, digital marketing, retail, and fashion. Not afraid to question his/her own preconceptions and testing new initiatives
• Proficiency in Excel with an inquisitive mind that explores not only the what but also the why in the data
• A self-starter with the ability to problem solve and brainstorm in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and act with a strong sense of accountability
• A keen listener, capable of receiving feedback and pivoting strategy with agility and analytical aptitude
• Ability to work effectively with and present to individuals at all levels
• 1-2+ years’ experience
• Exceptional analytical, writing, and presentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree

The targeted hourly rate range for this role is $19-$22. Actual hourly rate offered may be above or below this range based on factors such as, relevant skills, qualifications, and experience. This role is eligible for overtime. Role is also eligible for additional benefits including an annual performance-based incentive program and a seasonal clothing allowance.
