Eap Specialist - Remote ($22.45 - $43.89 / Hour)

Responsibilities

:

• Update and enter clinical notes in the care management database
• Determine member eligibility and benefit coverage, and triage as necessary
• Assist members with issue resolution and provide short-term problem resolution
• Conduct telephonic assessments and provide solution-focused consultation to clients
• Answer inbound calls for EAP and Behavioral services

Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related mental health field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Windows PC applications, including typing and navigating multiple systems
• Ability to work the specified schedule
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health/clinical setting

Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to address a variety of problems and issues presented by callers
• Experience working collaboratively with other professional team members
• Resides in the Central or Eastern time zone
• Call Center experience or experience in telephonic and/or online member support
