Job Responsibilities

• Perform accurate data entry for contact updates and routebook data.
• Proof charts and features for weekly publication.
• Assist with other tasks as assigned by management.
• Maintain, update, and preserve the integrity of our database.
• Work closely with Department Heads on Pollstar Directory, Boxoffice, and Routebook production.
• Provide customer service via phone and email.
• Reconcile conflicts and remove duplicate records in the database.
• Conduct research on new and existing listings and artists.

Job Qualifications

• Possess problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Possess a working knowledge of the concert business.
• Understand workflow processes.
• Have experience with data entry, including self-proofing and interpretation of data.
• Display effective time management and organizational skills.
• Demonstrate strong proofing skills.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills.
