Primary Responsibilities


  • Conduct telephonic assessments and provide solution-focused consultation to clients
  • Update and enter clinical notes in the care management database
  • Answer inbound calls for Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Behavioral Health
  • Assist members with issue resolution through short-term problem resolution
  • Determine member eligibility, benefit coverage, and triage as necessary


Required Qualifications


  • Ability to work a full-time schedule, 5 days a week, starting at approximately 4:00am Central time zone, including rotating weekends and up to 4 holidays per year
  • Current, unrestricted, independent behavioral health license in the state of residence
  • 3+ years of clinical experience post Master's degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Windows PC applications and ability to navigate multiple systems
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or related field


Preferred Qualifications


  • Call Center experience
  • CEAP (or eligible to obtain)
  • Experience supporting an Employee Assistance Program
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • 2+ years of Therapy/Counseling experience working with Adult Crisis population and screening for risk
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in both behavioral health and substance abuse (dual diagnosis)
  • Reside in Central or Eastern time zone
