What? Division/Billing Manager x 2 within Medical Communications and Creative.

Where?

• Med Comms needs to be in NYC.
• Creative can be in NYC, Philadelphia, or San Diego.

Salary? Base up to $120,000 and commission up to 40%.

Hybrid? 2 days in the office and 3 from home.

The Roles

They’re seeking 360/full-desk Billing Managers to run 2 different teams in:

Medical Communications

• This is the most successful and established division in the US business.
• You would be leading a team of 8 including 2 x $1m billers in 2022.

Creative

• This is the 2nd most successful team in the US business across 15+ divisions.
• You would be leading a team of 5.

What’re they looking for?

• Sector recruitment experience in the above or related such as Marketing, PR, Sales, Life Sciences or similar.
• Previous managerial experience is necessary – 2 years +.
• Hungry full/desk / 360 recruiters who are adept at leading from the front and going out and winning business and networking with and attracting the best talent for their clients.
