Our mission is to connect top-tier talent with innovative Portco's and VC backed companies at the forefront of technological advancement. As they expand their services and client portfolio, we are seeking a skilled Contract Billing Manager to spearhead the establishment of a contract recruitment team and drive new business development while effectively managing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

Contract Recruitment Team Leadership:

• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to ensure team success.
• Develop team members' skills, provide guidance, and foster a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Establish and lead a high-performing contract recruitment team focused on DevOps, Cybersecurity, and AI markets.

New Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the DevOps, Cybersecurity, and AI sectors.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the client base, including prospecting, lead generation, and market analysis.
• Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive business growth and secure new contracts.

Account Management:

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and exceptional client experiences.
• Understand clients' recruitment needs, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored solutions and exceed expectations.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term partnerships.

Billing and Financial Management:

• Oversee contract billing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely invoicing.
• Provide regular financial reporting and insights to leadership, contributing to informed decision-making.
• Monitor financial performance, track contract terms, and manage any billing discrepancies.

Market Expertise:

• Leverage market insights to guide recruitment strategies, client engagement, and team training.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and talent demands within DevOps, Cybersecurity, and AI markets.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in billing processes, financial management, and contract negotiation.
• Proven experience in Agency contract recruitment, business development, or account management, preferably within the technology or IT sectors.
