Associate Director Of Recruitment And Operations

Associate Director of Recruitment & Operations is responsible for establishing and developing the culture, identity, and academic reputation of the PSP more broadly. The Associate Director of Recruitment and Daily Operations will play a key role in maintaining generative relationships within the college and university as well as with broader local, national, and international communities.

Responsibilities

• Support PSP mentors in navigating issues with faculty, programs, advising, etc. with special attention to equity, inclusion, and social justice in mind
• Participate in college access and curricular processes as needed
• Work with the Assistant Dean for Art and Design Education to set and track budgets for special events, including graduation, capstone exhibition, alumni reunions, and conferences
• Supervise event planners and/or special events coordinators, and coordinate the supervision of the program’s part-time social worker

Qualifications

• Experience advising and mentoring individual students or cohorts of students
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Facility in working both collaboratively and independently as part of a highly productive team
• Demonstrated understanding and/or experience with the principles in the field of academic community engagement, community-campus
