Job Title: Account Director, Spirits

Location: Hybrid | New York City Metropolitan Area

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $120,000-$140,000 depending on experience.

Our client, a top lifestyle-focused communications agency, is looking to add an Account Director to their Spirits team. If you are committed to building trusted relationships with clients and are passionate about mentorship and team growth, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Partner closely with agency partners on new business initiatives.
• Lead brainstorming sessions.
• Set clear expectations and deadlines to account for the team.
• Pitch stories and meet with/manage media to deliver high-quality results.
• Manage quality of work on multiple accounts with professionalism and support team leaders.
• Act as the daily point of contact for clients, serving as a senior advisor.
• Provide oversight and direction to account teams on all client needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in Public Relations or Communications.
• Experience with and a passion for managing junior talent.
• Hands-on, creative, strong leadership skills.
• 5-8 years of experience in public relations.
• Strong media relationships and a proven track record of securing top-tier placements.
• Previous experience working within an agency setting, managing multiple accounts.
