Summary
- Manage, train, coach and mentor a recruiting team across multiple locations
- Identify opportunities to develop and implement cost effective improvements that drive more operational efficiency and effectiveness, and develop appropriate business case and ROI to support proposed recommendations
- Source, interview and hire for key/critical roles
- Establish and manage key organizational metrics to meet short and long term recruiting strategies
- Further develop and communicate Chobani’s recruitment value proposition to the business
- Accountable for compliance with all federal, state regulations concerning all phases of the recruitment process. Ensure appropriate controls, documentation, and recordkeeping
- Partner and collaborate with senior management, People Team Business Partners and other People Team members to inform, influence, develop and implement talent acquisition strategies & processes
- Regularly assess and evaluate Talent Acquisition technology, tools, systems, programs, and processes
- Implement efficient, scalable, consistent, and effective talent acquisition processes and technologies which support Chobani’s continued growth and key business priorities
- Monitor and forecast recruiting team’s performance to goals, while identifying opportunities to impact performance trends and hold the talent acquisition team members accountable for developing and executing action plans
- Communicate talent acquisition strategies to key stakeholders and other leaders within Chobani in a manner that positions the talent acquisition team as trusted advisors to the business
- Create consistency and efficiencies to scale effectively for continued rapid growth
- Evaluate the structure, processes, and tools needed within the talent acquisition function in order to meet aggressive and timely hiring priorities for exempt and non-exempt hiring needs
- Compile, analyze and utilize data relating to recruiting, performance and retention to identify opportunities to improve processes and procedures
- Drive the development of Chobani’s brand and develop strategies and tactics to effectively manage the brand both internally and externally
- Accountable for the talent acquisition budget and resource planning
- Enhance the interviewing and selection skills for Chobani managers
- Lead a comprehensive internal and external talent acquisition strategy
- Proven success growing, managing, and leading a Talent Acquisition team across multiple locations
- Strong time management and project management skills.
- Demonstrated past success leading significant organizational-wide change initiatives within the talent acquisition or talent management function
- Proven ability to build consult, partner, and influence senior leaders across the organization
- Strong presentation and training skills
- Minimum of 10 years progressive experience in a talent acquisition and/or talent management function within a fast-paced, high-growth corporate environment
- Ability to travel up to 10%
- Proven ability to work across multiple functions and departments within a changing environment
- Demonstrated experience improving systems, processes, and tools
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong working knowledge of web search engine/tools, social media, applicant tracking systems
- Past experience working in a recruitment agency or search firm, preferred
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred
- Past experience and proven success building and/or expanding talent acquisition functions, which includes developing strategies, tactics and measurements to manage high volume recruiting, professional recruiting, and executive level recruiting
- Demonstrated ability to manage projects and lead process improvement teams
