Director Of Marketing Jobs

Texell Credit Union seeks a Director of Marketing with integrity, self-awareness, empowerment, and a strategic vision to join its team! The Director of Marketing role is a newly created position within a growing credit union with assets approaching $700 million.

Reporting to the Vice President of Marketing, this individual will manage and implement all marketing campaigns and initiatives with responsibility for planning and managing all marketing projects that drive awareness, consideration, and purchase of the credit union's products and services. The Director of Marketing will lead and participate in many cross-functional teams to drive product development and overall credit union growth. This versatile position requires interaction and involvement with members, employees, vendors, and senior managers simultaneously.

A college degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required. Equivalent work experience with required knowledge and skills may be substituted for a degree. Must have five to seven years of experience in a similar or related role, plus five years of project or staff management experience. This individual will have strong presentation skills and the ability to effectively present to management, staff, established and prospective members, and vendors. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as a team player while using discretion and sound judgment in decision-making and problem-solving is required. Excellent oral and written communication skills demonstrated through strong composition and grammar are necessary. Must be able to effectively communicate and discuss complex ideas at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is required.
