Pay Rate: $44.12- $51

Skills:

• Must have current project management integration experience. Will be coming in with little to no training and supporting various depts.
• Looking for candidates who are flexible, work in a fast pace and are good problem solvers.
• Monday.com system experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Build out and continuously improve integration capabilities by identifying and developing process improvements, best practices, and tools to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of the team.
• Ensures collaboration and information sharing among work streams through transparency and effective communication.
• Monitors and tracks program progress against KPI's and deliverables.
• Responsible for overall status, including, milestones, impediments, risks, and successes with all cross-functional stakeholder.
• Lead the creation of integration plans and project manage each function plan.
• Partner with the Senior Director, IMO on deal scorecards, milestones, and metrics reporting; track short- and long-term progress toward deal objectives.
• Responsible for identification of impediments and solutioning to ensure successful outcome.
• Work cross-functionally with executives, functional leaders, and their teams to ensure overall integration preparedness, resourcing, and alignment.
• Partner with Corporate Strategy deal leads, business sponsors, and functional teams during the diligence process to develop an integration strategy, alignment, and ensure pre-transaction closing preparedness.
• Partner with cross functional key stakeholders to drive execution of the end-to-end delivery of integration and divesture activities across work streams to achieve strategic deal objectives.
• Develop and share weekly status updates for monitoring integration progress as required (e.g. weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly).
