US Marketing – New York, NY


COTY is looking for smart leaders who are fast and passionate.


The Coordinator, Covergirl and Rimmel US Marketing is responsible for assisting the Covergirl and Rimmel Marketing teams in all areas of the Marketing process. He/she will be responsible for providing the brand teams with well-organized, accurate data which underpins the Marketing process and leveraging Coty systems to manage the input and flow of critical information. He/she will coordinate with cross-functional team members throughout the marketing process to ensure the integrity and proper dissemination of key information. In addition, the Coordinator, Covergirl and Rimmel US Marketing will play a key role supporting the Marketing team in the daily management of internal corporate needs, such as Executive Reporting, Add/Delete management, and SKU library ownership.


The Coordinator, Covergirl and Rimmel US Marketing is detail-oriented, has high quality standards and will strive for accuracy at all times. He/she is also capable of building relationships across numerous internal cross functional stakeholders to deliver results on time with excellence. He/she is passionate about beauty products and the beauty universe.


In this role you will be responsible for:


PRODUCT & MARKETING PROGRAM SETUP


  • Initiate and track purchase orders on behalf of the Marketing team. Assist team with maintaining accurate budgeting.
  • Manage Adds/Deletes communication from Marketing to Wall and Sales teams
  • Ensure new product specifications uploaded accurately to price list. Maintain accuracy of product information across Coty systems and price list.


SALES MATERIALS


  • Coordinate comps and product samples with Sales Information.
  • Coordinate Marketing team preparation for Sales Webinar.


INTERNAL CORPORATE NEEDS


  • Lead setup of meeting rooms (product, décor) in ESB for key meetings and coordinate with Sales for setup of meetings rooms at field offices for key customer Line Reviews.
  • Maintain internal product and marketing materials inventory.
  • Assist Marketing team with pulling sales data through Nielsen and refreshing monthly reports for consumption analysis
  • Assist brand team with scheduling meetings, arranging business meals, ordering supplies and preparing meeting materials.
  • Coordinate delivery of products for internal and consumer-facing programs as directed by marketing team.


MARKETING PROGRAM SUPPORT


  • Assist Marketing team on competitive evaluations, ranging from product sourcing and collecting data on products, pricing and support.
  • Assist Marketing team on execution of marketing programs, which could include local media plan creative execution, e-commerce programs, ratings & review programs, etc.


Qualifications

  • 4-year Undergraduate Degree or equivalent
  • Beauty experience preferred

  • Passion for Brands/Beauty- in-tune with the marketplace, seeks out new ideas and inspiration
  • Special Skills:
