The Franchise Sales Director will be the driving force behind our franchise expansion. This role involves leading the franchise sales process, which includes identifying potential franchisees, establishing strong relationships, and guiding new partners through our franchise development process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute franchise sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify, engage, and follow up with prospective franchisees, providing them with comprehensive knowledge of our franchise opportunity.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects through the entire sales process.
- Collaborate with the executive team to improve sales materials, including the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD), presentations, and territory analysis.
- Represent Bango Bowls at franchise expos, trade shows, and other relevant events.
- Coordinate with the legal team to ensure the franchise agreement compliance.
- Collaborate with the operations and marketing team to ensure franchisee success.
- Provide reports on sales performance, lead generation, and conversion rates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in franchise sales, preferably within the food industry.
- Proven track record in sales and meeting sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with prospective franchisees.
- Understanding of franchise regulations and legal requirements.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.
