Regional Director Of Operations

I am working with an innovative veterinary provider who are dedicated to enhancing the well-being of animals and strengthening the veterinary care industry. They're seeking a dynamic and visionary Regional Director of Operations to join their team and drive the growth and success of veterinary practices across multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation of standardized processes, best practices, and policies across clinics to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Provide strategic direction to clinic managers, guiding them in achieving operational excellence and fostering a culture of high-quality care.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in budget planning and financial analysis to ensure clinics operate within established financial target.
• Actively seek opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and market growth to increase the company's footprint in the veterinary care industry.

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in veterinary practice management or operations, with a track record of driving growth and success.
• Flexibility to travel within the designated regions as needed.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Veterinary Management, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting.
