With hundreds of hours of programming and relationships with many industry-leading brands, our complementary channels link premium video content and commerce (v-commerce) to revolutionize the purchasing and viewing experience. Our v-commerce platform is the ultimate destination for spirits and golf enthusiasts across OTT/CTV, mobile, and desktop, providing home delivery of products and services purchased seamlessly without ever leaving the screen. Our company delivers unparalleled engagement of consumers for brands through next-level entertainment and commerce. We plan to launch additional channels in the future.
About The Role
NBTV Channels is seeking a Vice President of Sales and Brand Sponsorships. The role will require both player/coach attributes, acting as our sales lead while also developing the team as the business scales. This exciting role is a chance to be part of an organization that is revolutionizing brand advertising and commerce directly to consumers within a highly scalable and seamless v-commerce enabled technology platform. We are seeking a self-starter who can build on our successes to date and articulate our unique proposition to brands and advertisers as a vehicle to elevate audience engagement, capture data insights, monetize directly, and generate superior returns than those afforded through traditional media.
Our company is headquartered in NY, but we work remotely with quarterly trips to NYC and Rhinebeck.
/ Responsibilities
You will be our primary sponsorship sales generator and be responsible for team efforts for accelerating growth to meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales/sponsorship goals.
• Responsible for working with Golf and Spirit’s President and Head of Global Channel Sales to develop sales goals and overall business strategies.
• Develop and execute sales/business development pipeline, presentations, client interaction, and sales to deliver against short and medium-term objectives.
• Continually educate and reinforce our proposition to clients to allocate and convert spending into working dollars on our platform.
• Own client relationships and sales cycles: prospect, pitch, close, and renew.
• Prospect and cultivate new sales leads through cold calls, relationship building, face-to-face appointments, and networking to achieve revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Head of Operations, product teams across Spirits and Golf, and finance to ensure alignment and progress of company initiatives for the team.
• Use data analytics to solidify narrative to clients.
• Own pipeline and CRM associated with verticals.
• Train, manage, and develop best-in-class sales team as business scales.
• Stay on top of industry trends, events, new technologies, unique opportunities. • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
