About The Role
As Director of Franchise Logistics Planning & Brand Operations, you will lead and drive Inbound & Outbound product flow planning and serve as the primary supply chain conduit to engage with the Franchise & Wholesale Commerce teams. This will include oversight of the Logistics Operating Model working collaboratively within the end-to-end supply chain. You will play the pivotal role of ensuring that the logistics network is enabled to deliver against wholesale requirements to collectively drive business outcomes. You will be accountable for building and maintaining best in class capabilities for pre-season forecasting, receipt management and product flow planning for a diverse and internationally scaled operating model while also playing a crucial role managing complexity and mitigating the risk of disruption throughout the franchise supply chain pipeline.
What You'll Do
- Identify and advocate to develop reporting and analytics capabilities needed for optimal decision support, lead business scoping, business & use case definition cross functionally for enablement
- Lead ongoing work and continuous improvement to optimize speed and minimize cost to execute to customer requirements in this growing division
- Drive business outcomes through de-leveraging risk to commercial plans through analytical insight and optimized inbound and outbound logistics seasonal product flow and turnover plans to enable commercial objectives
- Lead collaborative engagement in cross-functional solutions development, including Reporting & Analytics, Finance and Sourcing. Bring thought leadership for future supply chain capabilities development and deployment in support of International Franchise & Wholesale Commerce
- Help core functions to adopt capabilities, build discipline and deliver the outcomes needed to drive the business across the product to market pipeline and in season execution
- Directly manage flow tracking and consolidated supply chain demand planning activities to ensure on time order placement and fulfillment in accordance with franchise partner commitment
- Work across the core supply chain functions and leaders in logistics and sourcing as well as our International, Franchise & Wholesale Commerce teams to build and deploy key logistics competencies for our supply chain operating model
Who You Are
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks/ projects, to prioritize effectively and adapt to changing environment
- Understanding of Financial and Business Acumen to evaluate financial and business indicators and translate data into actionable information to drive results; proficiency in performance metrics
- Strong presentation skills, proficient in PowerPoint, with ability to oversee and facilitate seasonal business reviews and process-flow management
- Ability to influence, drive results and implement operational governance
- Solutions-oriented, with the ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business principles and practices to achieve successful outcomes in cross-functional projects and activities
- Ability to build and sustain culture through the collaboration with team and/or business partners
- Excellent written and oral communication; strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and influence and maintain effective business partner relationships, including direct senior level engagement
- Project Management experience/ skillset is a plus
- 10+ years of experience in specialty retail/consumer product operations (wholesale a plus), specifically inventory management, strategy, consulting, S&OP or a similar discipline
