Job Description

A leading AI synthetic video platform vendor, is seeking a highly accomplished and strategic individual to join the team as the head of Sales. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding customer base, and leading a high-performing sales team.


***Location: To be considered candidates must reside in the New York Metropolitan Area***


Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to build brand awareness and establish strategic partnerships.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, understanding their needs and aligning the business' solutions to meet their business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure a seamless customer journey and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute the sales strategy to drive the adoption of the AI video platform, targeting key industries and market segments.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the AI and video industry to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to maximize their performance and exceed sales targets.


Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in selling enterprise software solutions or SaaS platforms to businesses.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives and decision-makers.
  • Strategic mindset, with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop effective sales strategies.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership, preferably in a technology or software company.
  • Strong understanding of the AI industry, with the ability to articulate the value proposition of our platform to diverse audiences.
