Director Of Organizational Transformation Jobs

This is a full-time remote role.

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field

Assist in the develop of communications and education in support of Margin Transformation Office objectives across the enterprise

7+ years of experience focused on business transformation; delivering complex, cross-functional programs

Experience in effective ideation, facilitation, brainstorming and business case developement

Experience in supply chain operations, with particular emphasis on manufacturing

Experience with Lean, Six-Sigma processes and best practices

Experience in consumer packaged goods or consumer industries a plus, but not required

Implement a robust project management process within the marketing team, aligning it with the overall management process of the Markets division.

Lead the development and implementation of an effective management process for the marketing department, including goal setting, performance tracking, and reporting.

Manage contract tracking, renewals, and vendor relationships in collaboration with the procurement and finance teams.

PARTNER AND VENDOR RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT -.

Define project scope, establish timelines, allocate resources, and manage project risks and dependencies.

Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years relevant experience Master’s degree preferred.

Optimize internal operational processes at the holding company level across finance, legal, and HR functions

Support the development of educational programs for portfolio company senior leaders and for all employee-owners

Experience facilitating process optimization and process change initiatives

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to interact at all levels of an organization

Serve as a partner to portfolio company Presidents/CEOs as they devise and implement transformational operational processes

Develop cross-portfolio company best practices for operational excellence

Project management experience and exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies is an advantage

Translate recommended transformation vision into a set of requirements and customer roadmap

Solidify business requirements and design solutions

Research industry and domain best practices and trends to improve internal offerings and solutions to our clients

Build industry relevant digital offerings that can be standardized, repeated and scaled

Proven experience as a leader of leaders, including demonstrated experience developing emergent leaders

Knowledge of change management principles and practices.

Drive the adoption of new ways of working by providing guidance, changing management techniques, and leading by example.

Work closely with the Continuous Improvement Program Manager and other stakeholders to shape and refine the team's processes and frameworks.

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience).

Proven experience and expertise in Lean and Agile continuous improvement methodologies.

Strong practitioner skills, with the ability to analyze data and synthesize findings into actionable strategies.

Experience in DEI space with examples of deliverables that demonstrate commitment to inclusivity, accessibility, and cultural sensitivity.

Demonstrable experience in creating materials that contribute to organizational change.

Hands-on graphic, audio, and video designer with communication, story-telling, and co-creation skills.

Partner with OCM consultants to identify visual and interactive solutions to meet organizational needs, drivers, and opportunities.

Build collaborative, trust-based relationships with the customer and with the OCM team.

Create visual and interactive approaches to facilitate the identification of the current state (challenges) and possible paths toward targeted outcomes (solutions).

Provide thought leadership and partnership with HR and leaders to infuse DEI practices into every aspect of the employee experience.

Aligns and partners with senior leaders on our capabilities work, helping to identify content, activities, and measures.

Experience developing, implementing, and facilitating successful diversity strategies and programs to all levels of employees throughout the organization.

Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship building skills in a collaborative and influential manner that establishes trust and inspires others.

Experience planning, managing and following through on multiple projects.

Ability to speak a second language and experience working with racially diverse communities is a bonus.

Strong management consulting skillset, including project scoping and management, hypothesis development, research, benchmarking and trend identification

Bachelor/Master's Degree in Business, Organizational Development, Social Sciences or related field
