Job Summary:As the Director of Client Growth and Strategy, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to drive the growth of our client base and maximize client satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and fostering strong relationships with existing clients and new clients.This role requires a combination of strategic thinking, business acumen and exceptional leadership skills.
Essential Responsibilities:
1.Develop and implement client growth strategies:
•Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential new business opportunities.
•Collaborate with the CEO of Outspoken Media Group to establish goals and strategies for client acquisition and retention.
•Create and execute comprehensive plans to drive client growth, including marketing initiatives, sales strategies and partnership opportunities.
2.Build and maintain client relationships:
•Act as a trusted advisor to existing clients, understanding their business needs and objectives.
•Foster long-term relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
•Proactively engage with current and new clients to identify future opportunities.
3.Lead business development efforts:
•Identify and pursue potential clients through diverse methods, including cold calling, networking and attending industry events.
•Develop compelling proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives and demonstrate the value of our solutions.
•Partner with CEO to negotiate contracts and terms of agreements with potential clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
4.Drive revenue growth and meet targets:
•Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track client growth and revenue generation.
•Analyze data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
•Work closely with CEO to ensure alignment with growth objectives; inclusive of developing budgets and forecasts.
5.Provide Leadership and Guidance
•Independent Thinker that provides coaching, mentorship and opportunities that professionally challenge the norm to create impactful outcomes.
•Collaborate with the Outspoken Media Group team to gain trust and support; influence a cohesive approach to client growth and work as a cross functional team with a high level of efficiency.
•Stay up to date with industry trends, competitive landscape and best practices in client growth strategies.
Qualifications:
•Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or a related field (MBA preferred).
•Proven experience in client growth, business development or strategic account management roles (+5 years in outside sales)
•Demonstrated success in achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.
•Strong knowledge of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
•Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends and make informed decisions; self-starter that doesn’t require supervision
•Leadership abilities with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
•Familiarity with relevant industries and markets, along with a network of industry contacts, is a plus.
