Title: Director of Strategy and Marketing
Location: Indianapolis, IN or New York, NY
Compensation: $110,000-$150,000/year
Requirements: 3+ years of industry experience, retail/fashion/apparel industry!

What You Will Be Doing

• Carry out social media campaigns and e-commerce promotions, manage connections with social media influencers and ecommerce partners
• Create and execute social media and ecommerce strategies to bring in traffic, awareness, & engagement using different platforms
• Own and manage the P&L drive of ecommerce and strategy
• Utilize data to optimize social media campaigns and e-commerce plans by analyzing social media and e-commerce performance metrics
• Engage a similar audience and attract new customers, look for and collaborate with brand influencers
• Create content targeted at our audience
• Work with Creative Designer to prepare and join key photo shoots in NYC
• Ensure that social media and e-commerce initiatives are in line with overall marketing and commercial objectives by working with cross-functional teams
• Manage the daily activities of the online store, such as product uploads, price changes, and inventory control

What You Need for this Position

• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Ecommerce background (Shopify, Magento etc.)
• 3+ years of experience in ecommerce, social and or retail/consumer industry background
• 3+ years of social media advertising (FB, Instagram, Twitter etc.)
