Job Description

Hybrid Director of Growth Marketing – Women's Apparel Brand – $120k-$140k


A growing women’s apparel brand seeks a Director of Growth Marketing to lead marketing efforts, contributing to their consumer business expansion via paid and organic channels and data analytics. This role will be integral in achieving growth plans and collaborating with senior leadership. Innovative problem-solving and adaptability are essential in this dynamic environment.

This company offers a hybrid in office schedule out of their NYC location.


Responsibilities:

  • Take charge of channel strategies, guiding product launches and ongoing campaigns while presenting performance summaries to stakeholders.
  • Develop and manage comprehensive marketing plans that align with financial budgets and revenue targets.
  • Lead the development and execution of a dynamic growth strategy, aiming to achieve revenue goals with a focus on maximizing returns on investments.
  • Analyze data to uncover insights, optimizing campaigns to achieve strong returns on investment.
  • Oversee monthly budget allocation and objectives across various marketing channels, utilizing financial expertise to steer campaigns toward success.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to refine campaigns, targeting strategies, and creative approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Versatile strategist skilled in long-term planning and daily optimizations.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external partners
  • Strong analytical skills to distill insights from complex data, driving efficient channel strategies.
  • 7+ years of growth marketing experience,
  • Results-oriented leader with team management experience.
  • Skilled at assessing marketing effectiveness and grasping important benchmarks.
  • Direct-to-consumer experience, huge plus

Salary: $120k-$140k plus benefits and perks
