Role Responsibilities


Reporting to the Director – Operations Manager, the purpose of your position will be to support a fast-growing community of Project Managers, PMOs and other Services Managers, promote the best practices around FinancialForce (Certinia) usage and capabilities, and be the primary point of contact between the business and other MA teams (Revenue, Billing and SFDC Technical teams).


FinancialForce Data Operations


  • Update existing documentation for Moody’s Analytics Processes & Systems impacts in Knowledge Portal, Wiki spaces.
  • New features testing / UAT
  • Process FinancialForce Community questions including (but not limited to): time capture, project management, finance and revenue, resource management.
  • Communicate potential bugs, blocking issues + potential solutions
  • Suggest Enhancements
  • Answer queries with regards to all Moody’s Operations Systems involved in Billing / Revenue processes (Apttus, FinancialForce, SAP).
SOX and Revenue


  • Extract data from FinancialForce and SFDC
  • Answer questions from Moody’s Analytics revenue accounting.
  • Provide regular training sessions (once a quarter) to Moody’s Analytics Services Project Managers on FinancialForce data quality and effect on SOX & Revenue calculations.


Qualifications


  • Project Management Certification or Experience is advantageous
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in Operations
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce Platform
  • Strong knowledge of FinancialForce PSA
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Administration, or Computer Science

The job sits within the Business Integrations and Operations team.


The Business Integrations and Operations team provide the Moody’s Analytics Business with the operational standards they need to carry out their duties. The role will be focusing on Moody’s Analytics Services Operations.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $99,000 to $143,000, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moody’s also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
