Freudenberg Home and Cleaning Solutions is a Business Group of Freudenberg and a leading global supplier of branded cleaning systems as well as household and laundry care products. The portfolio includes brands such as O-Cedar®, and Vileda®. The company employs more than 3,300 people and hosts a global distribution network.

Responsibilities

  • Management of all digital media pixel tracking on sites.
  • Collaborate with digital/brand team and Global Headquarters team to ensure websites align with brands strategy.
  • Optimize O-Cedar and Vileda Canada websites content for user experience, SEO, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
  • Provide site insights to improve digital media campaigns performance.
  • Manage Blog with agency partner and maintain SEO strategy.
  • Manage the Channel Advisor Shop Now tool on brand sites for accuracy and CRO.
  • Respond to and troubleshoot all website issues, including product listings accuracy, maintaining redirect lists, etc.
  • Monitor, assess, and report on website KPI performance with GA4 and Microsoft Clarity ongoing.

Qualifications

  • Comfortable working out of own remote home office, while traveling ~5-6 times/year.
  • Strong foundational understanding of digital media strategies.
  • Deep understanding of consumer journey and digital media, especially SEO and SEM.
  • Degree or certifications in Computer Science, Marketing, or Business related preferred.
  • Google Analytics Certified/GA4 Experience.
  • Proficiency in HTML, and backend CMS revisions. SAP Hybris knowledge preferable but not required.
  • 5+ years of experience managing websites for a consumer business via CMS required.
  • Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
