Service Delivery Project Manager

Must Haves:

• Ability to work with tight deadlines and identify priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintain attention to detail
• 2+ years of experience with Service Delivery Management – taking ownership of critical incidents, coordinating with resolution parties, establishing effective communication between stakeholders and post-incident reviews
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong experience in MS Suite, specifically Excel

Plusses:

• Technical background
• Experience working in financial institutions (and understands privacy and regulatory concerns of a bank)

Day-to-Day:

Our client is a multinational investment bank and financial services company which offers a wide range of personal and business banking services, including bank accounts, mortgages, credit cards, loans and more. They are seeking a Service Delivery Manager to ensure that services are being seamlessly delivered to their partners of the organization. They will spend 50% of their time on service delivery management and 50% of their time on technology experience management. Their day to day will include working with partners to identify pain points, assessing impact, creating a group with business users to start addressing concerns from said partners, and documenting accordingly. To be successful in the role, this individual will need excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to details, someone who is not afraid to ask questions, and be a self-start who shows initiative, doesn’t require handholding, and can hit the ground running.
