Job Overview
As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be the key liaison between our valued clients and our skilled in-house team of designers, developers, SEO and Paid Ad Specialists, and Social Media experts. This role revolves around fostering strong client relationships, intelligently discussing digital marketing strategies, and delivering top-notch customer service.
What You'll Do
Be the go-to Subject Matter Expert (SME) for clients, providing exceptional guidance on our range of marketing products.
Educate clients on additional programs and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Set realistic goals to drive business growth through Local SEO, Paid Social, and advanced SEM strategies.
Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against established goals (ROI and KPIs).
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality, original content creation that aligns with client goals.
Ensure brand consistency by meticulously reviewing and approving marketing materials.
Analyze and discuss client paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
Facilitate smooth communication between clients and our web department for website projects.
Desired Skills And Qualifications
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Previous experience in Customer Service/Hospitality and Sales is beneficial.
Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail and effective time management.
A genuine passion for SEO and Digital Marketing.
Prior experience in Project or Account Management is advantageous.
Ability to adapt quickly and embrace continuous learning.
Familiarity with platforms such as Google Business Profiles, Facebook Business Pages, Google Analytics, and CRM systems.
Knowledge of paid search (Google Ads and Facebook Ads) is a plus.
Proficiency in G-Suite tools (Docs, Sheets, Hangouts, Email, Calendar & Drive).
