Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Bilingual Receptionist

#1. Must be able to speak fluent Spanish and English

#2. No more than 3 job in the last 10 years

Responsibilities Of The Bilingual Receptionist

• Accurately prepares, produces, and distributes workers' compensation certificates and renewals for clients.
• Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
• Answers incoming calls, screens, and directs.
• Greets, checks-in, issues badge, and directs visitors to the corporate office.
• Collects payment and distributes payroll information to clients.
• Runs new-hire and termination reports.
• Obtains written authorization from clients for additional charges.
• Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.
• Maintains certificate files.
• Communicates with clients in writing and by telephone in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements Of The Bilingual Receptionist

• One (1) year of customer service experience and high school education or equivalent.
• Must be fluent in Spanish and English.

Other Key Requirements

• No sponsorship or Visa holders. No Corp-to-Corp.
• 100% in office role (Local candidates only)
