Prioritized Must Have Skills For The Digital Marketing Specialist
#1. Must have at least 2yrs of Hubspot exp..
#2. Must have Adobe Suite exp. (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Flash)
#3. Must have (HTML, CSS, JavaScript; preferred: HubL)
#5. No more than 3 jobs in the last 10yrs.
Responsibilities Of The Digital Marketing Specialist

• Ability to analyze digital marketing initiative statistics and report on trends/findings.
• Assist Digital Marketing Manager with enterprise-wide digital marketing initiatives, including email, lead gen campaign development, paid ads, website updates, etc.
• Implement updates using online tools to maintain ADA compliance on websites.
• Manage email from HubSpot CMS for all brands, including acting as a reviewer of content, managing email settings, and lists; and sending/scheduling emails.
• Conduct SEO research using SEMrush and implement updates for site technical performance.
• Implement website updates, create forms, and modules that require working knowledge of code (required: HTML, CSS, JavaScript; preferred: HubL)

Requirements Of The Digital Marketing Specialist

• Demonstrated success in optimizing web, email, and social media platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and basic skills in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro, InDesign, and Flash) is required
• 2-3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with HubSpot or other marketing automation tools and working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of HubL (HubSpot) language is strongly preferred.
