Job Description
FEFA LLC is seeking a highly skilled and versatile Digital Generalist (Cybersecurity and Technology Specialist) with a strong working knowledge of a wide array of cutting-edge technologies, with a focus on modern software development, cybersecurity, threats, vulnerabilities, resiliency, IT systems, computer networks, cloud computing, AI, machine learning, digital ledger technology, and quantum technology. The primary role is to support the development of a hands-on interactive curriculum to increase the digital literacy of both technical and non-technical DoD Acquisition professionals. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of technical expertise and curriculum development experience coupled with experience from both industry and DoD perspectives.


This position is remote and requires the ability to work during core hours of 9 am-3 pm EST Monday – Friday.


The pay range of $110.00-$130.00 per hour is based on skills, experience and education.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Review current or in-development training courses for currency and accuracy
  • Stay informed about regulatory changes and compliance standards in the realm of cybersecurity, ensuring the curriculum is updated accordingly
  • Develop and maintain an up-to-date understanding of the latest advancements in Cybersecurity, IT systems, computer networks, cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and quantum technology
  • Stay informed about emerging AI, machine learning, and quantum technology trends, exploring their potential applications and associated security implications
  • Develop a hands-on, interactive online asynchronous curriculum for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Prepare and deliver clear and concise reports, presentations, and documentation to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to internal teams, enabling them to develop a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles


Requirements


  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving technological landscape
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, risk assessment methodologies, industry best practices, and industry compliance standards
  • Up-to-date knowledge of emerging cybersecurity threats and trends, as well as a proactive mindset to anticipate future challenges
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with technical and non-technical teams
  • Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of Cybersecurity, IT systems, computer networks, cloud computing, AI, machine learning, and quantum technology
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to dissect complex problems and develop innovative solutions
  • Strong commitment to maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism
  • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a favorable background check.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Security, or a related field
