Join Aprio's Dental Advisory team and you will help clients maximize their opportunities. Aprio, LLP is a progressive, fast-growing firm looking for a Dental Sales Associate to join their dynamic team.

Position responsibilities:
This position is high-tech and fast-paced; It’s all about selling industry-leading services to a niche profession with clients who desperately need our help. The Director of Practice Transitions (“DPT”) is looking for someone to fit into our fast-paced work environment, and you must be able to think out loud, share ideas and have a keen interest in what’s hot, what’s happening and what’s relevant to the team.
The job is hard but fun and meaningful work. You will be able to work side by side with some of the smartest and best salespeople in our industry who excel at their jobs. You will need to work and win at prospecting, cross selling, and guiding a sales process from beginning to end and speak with verve about the execution of key sales objectives.
Further, under the direction of the Director, we will compete every day, hit big revenue targets together and develop innovative solutions to support our growing business, team and client needs.

Sales Intake and Lead Qualification

  • Correspond with the dentist and discuss service needs, answer questions regarding Aprio services while achieving or exceeding conversion rate targets
  • Coordinate a warm introduction to salesperson(s) for respective Aprio service(s)
  • Manage and operate a sales intake queue for a national referral source
  • Correspond with the referring party to determine our potential client’s needs (the dentist), answer questions and inquiries regarding all relevant Aprio services
  • Create and deliver scripted sales pitches and work
  • Vigilantly document all communication with referral sources and potential clients via Hubspot

Core Responsibilities

  • Identify client (dentist) needs for those services and connect the dentist with internal subject matter experts for scoping, closing the sale and ultimately delivery
  • Understand and work in Hubspot for sales intake and delivery
  • Develop understanding of the (currently) 14 core Aprio Dental Services

Ongoing Sales Cycle Support

  • As part of transitioning the qualified lead, support the Aprio salesperson(s) in communications, document requests, information flow, etc. with prospective clients
  • Assist in sales pipeline management by maintaining deal status, following up on tasks, adequacy of information received, etc.

Sales Enablement Strategy

  • Build and develop relationships with relevant Aprio employees to increase efficiency and responsiveness
  • Increase sales efficiency by using technology and automation to work faster, smarter and increase sales conversion rates
  • Continuously improve through feedback from your peers on sales performance and conversation rates
  • Identify opportunities for the DPT and sales team to improve and streamline the current sales processes

Reporting and Data Management

  • Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on sales intake and submissions to firm leaders
  • Assist with updating, maintaining and cleaning up Hubspot data and reporting for the sales team
  • Assist with deal stage reporting to track KPIs established by DPT
  • Leverage existing reporting to identify and remediate record-level data quality issues on an ongoing basis
  • Identify recurring sources of data quality issues (ie root cause analysis) and elevate them for remediation at the source

Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • A bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, or related field
  • Ability to act in a responsive manner to client inquires and requests; escalate the more difficult issues as necessary
  • Ability to be flexible in changing work priorities and handle numerous projects at the same time
  • Ability to review sales data, interpret statistics and meet sales targets
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in sales related role
The salary range for this opportunity is stated above. As such, an actual salary may fall closer to one or the other end of the range, and in certain circumstances, may wind up being outside of the listed salary range.
