Your role in our mission is converting guests to members, retaining members, driving retail sales, and delivering an amazing experience. This includes

• Providing outstanding customer service by greeting clients upon arrival, scheduling services, answering phone calls, addressing questions and concerns, protecting client confidentiality, and maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment for everyone in our location.
• Driving member retention through outreach via phone and email to current members.
• Promoting the value of total body care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging home-care retail purchases based on service provider recommendations.
• Protecting our workplace culture by recognizing and supporting team goals and building positive relationships with team members.

Massage Envy Pickerington is looking for 1 full and 1 part-time Licensed Massage Therapists to join our team! Our mission is to help people feel their best but with our consistent and growing clientele, we turn clients away daily. They are waiting for you! Expectations

• Create a wonderful experience for clients through excellent communication and a friendly, helpful attitude
• Perform therapeutic massage sessions customized to individual client needs
• Perform the NEW ASSISTED-STRETCH service customied to individual client needs (after required training)
• Provide professional recommendations to clients on the frequency of massage
• Promote wellness and the benefits of regular massage therapy
• Assist in ensuring a professional and clean environment at all times

Requirements Licensed by the Ohio State Medical Board

• Flexible schedules - we are open 90 hours per week and can customize a schedule that works for you. Full-time = 28 hours+/week, Part-time = 10 hours+/week.

Build a practice without the stress of clinic ownership and management!!

Compensation Competitive commissions based upon experience and clients tip you generously. We also offer bonuses and quarterly compensation reviews to give you an opportunity to grow professionally and financially.

• Based on 25 service hours/week, average annual salary ranges from $35,000 to $55,000 depending on experience and well a regular clientele base it built. This salary estimate does not include unreported tips.
