Job Title: Production Scheduler
Location: Bremen, Ohio OR Tulsa, Oklahoma
Compensation: $70,000-90,000
What You Will Be Doing

In this role, you will oversee the production planning and scheduling process to ensure efficient utilization of our resources and manufacturing operations.

• Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as output, cycle times, on-time delivery, and schedule adherence and create periodical reports on the state of production, capacity utilization, and resource availability to aid decision-making and highlight opportunities for improvement.
• Work with supply chain and material management to guarantee an appropriate supply of raw materials, components, and finished items to meet production deadlines.
• Assess production capacity and efficiently manage resources to fulfill production objectives and customer delivery dates.
• Work cross-functionally with multiple teams to acquire data for precise production planning and opportunity for process improvements
• Create and keep the master production schedule up to date depending on client orders, sales predictions, and inventory levels.
• Use inventory control strategies such as safety stock levels, reorder points, and economic order amounts to reduce stockouts and inventory holding costs.

What You Need for this Position

• Proficient in Production Planning/Scheduling Software
• 5+ Years of Experience in Production Scheduling, Planning, or Similar role in the manufacturing industry
• Experience in Epicor strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methods is a plus
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field
