Job Description

Looking for the right person to welcome patients to our office, and coordinate financial matters.

Description

Location: Moorestown, NJ

Our newly established orthodontic practice is seeking the right person to join our team.
We are looking for a personable, self-motivated and kind team member willing to grow with our practice and our family.

The role will include greeting patients, answering phones, computer data input, scheduling patients, general office duties, collecting payments, submitting insurance claims, insurance verification and eligibility, and presenting treatment plans and fees to patients.

All team members will be trained on current practice management software and systems.
Experience is welcome!

Covid-19 Considerations:
Must be willing to wear a mask upon patient's request.

Alternating Saturdays

We offer PTO and paid holidays.

$18 - $25 per hour
