The Manufacturing pre-campaign Scheduler is responsible for proactively maintaining and continuously improving the pre-campaignschedule.Perform at least 5/10 (first 5 listed below) to ensure the departmental schedules are accurate and communicated to all relevant departments to drive short term execution of plans.Ensure all schedules are created respecting existing laborand asset capacities and achievable based on planned material availabilities.Drive timely resolution of all scheduling conflicts with relevant stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Maintain detailed planning and scheduling parameters in planning system to allow optimal use of system scheduling functionality.
• Ensure all feedback regarding changes to existing plans is incorporated into schedules in timely manner.
• Generate relevant KPI and operational measures to support identification of trends or root causing of sub-optimal performance.
• Drive optimization of schedules by balancing demand priorities against optimal production sequencing and efficient resource (facility/suite, equipment, staff, materials etc.) utilization.
• Create, track and maintain schedules to provide visibility to defined departments to drive short term execution of plans.•Incorporate input from all relevant departments to ensure schedules are realisticwithin relevant constraints and latest information.

Key Requirements

• Demonstrates role model behaviors for operating in a GMP manner.
• Ability to work inter-departmentally and with customers.
• Demonstrate sound decision making, considering broad scope of factors
• 3+ years experience in Biotech/pharmaceuticals/Life Science manufacturing environment is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A.S. or B.S. degree preferred, and it is preferred to have focus in Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related STEM discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Demonstrate ability for effective Planning, Organizing and Controlling competency
• Prior experience or involvement with scheduling is preferred, relevant experience in a technical operations or strategic operations team is a plus
