Position Description:
The School of Dentistry is seeking a Dental Clinic Associate, Senior to work as a front desk dental receptionist at the UofL Dental Associates faculty private practice clinic located at 501 East Chestnut Street, Louisville, KY.� ��
$3000 Sign-on/ Retention bonus eligible!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:�

• Compile patient charts.
• Schedule patient appointments.
• Additional HIPAA / privacy training upon hiring; Infection Control training.
• Greet, direct and interview patients.
• Enter demographic data in the computerized patient information system.
• Answer telephone calls and handle inquiries.
• Serve as cashier; accept payments from patients; enter financial data into computer; issue receipts; balance cash drawer at end of day; set up payment contracts; work with insurance companies to obtain pre-authorizations; track payments and troubleshoot issues.�
